I’m Keith J. Michelfelder, General Manager at RoofLab, with over 25 years of executive leadership experience. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building strong teams, driving strategic growth, and ensuring operational excellence across every part of the organization.
I earned my degree from Allegheny College, where I developed a foundation in critical thinking and problem-solving — skills that continue to shape the way I approach challenges and lead initiatives today.
One of my core strengths lies in estimating software and project evaluation. I’ve spent years honing this technical skill to ensure our jobs are accurately scoped, efficiently executed, and consistently delivered on time and within budget. I believe in using technology as a tool to streamline operations, support better decision-making, and improve results company-wide.
Outside of work, I stay grounded and energized through tennis and yoga. Tennis fuels my competitive spirit and keeps me sharp, while yoga provides the mental clarity and focus I bring into every workday. I’m also a proud dog owner — my dog, Thugnugget, reminds me of the importance of loyalty, balance, and joy in life, values I try to bring into every relationship and leadership moment.
Above all, I’m committed to creating a positive, forward-thinking environment where people can grow, collaborate, and do meaningful work. I take pride in being both a strong leader and an approachable teammate — always striving to move the company, and our people, forward.

I’m a Sales Consultant here at RoofLab, and I genuinely love helping homeowners feel confident and protected when it comes to their roof. I was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida, and today I’m blessed to call the Treasure Coast home with my wife and our daughter, who keeps life fun and full of surprises.

When I’m not working, you’ll almost always find me near the water—fishing, exploring new spots, or just enjoying the peace that comes with being outdoors. Family means everything to me, and I try to approach both life and work with the spirit of Colossians 3:17: “Whatever you do, do everything in the name of Jehovah.”
That reminder helps me stay grounded, give my best, and treat people with kindness every day.

Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, I’ve spent the last four years in Vero Beach, Florida helping homeowners protect and enhance their properties. With a background in telecommunications construction and a strong foundation in project management, I’ve brought that same drive and attention to detail into the roofing industry. I take pride in delivering honest assessments, quality solutions, and a smooth experience from start to finish. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and am motivated every day by my biggest inspiration, my family and my new born baby boy!

Outside of work, I’m usually around custom projects and automotive events, where craftsmanship, performance, and reliability are everything. That same appreciation for quality and attention to detail carries over into how I approach every roof I’m involved with, focusing on solid materials, clean execution, and results that last.

I’m the Production and Permit Coordinator here at RoofLab. Family means everything to me I have one son and daughter-in-law, two wonderful grandkids a boy and a girl who live up in Maine, and my sister here with me in Florida. When I’m not working, you can usually find me cooking, reading, or spending time with my cats. A verse I try to live by is “Love one another” from John 13:34.

I’m a Palm Bay local and roof inspector who loves helping homeowners keep their homes protected from Florida’s storms. I’m all about honest inspections, clear communication, and making sure people feel confident about their roof. When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my three-year-old son, rescuing animals, or getting outdoors — kayaking Turkey Creek, hitting the beach, hiking local trails, or playing slow-pitch softball. On my days off, you might even catch me cruising down A1A on my Harley and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
